Sunflower Bodyworks teaches Yoga in the Kripalu tradition. Kripalu Yoga focuses on listening to and respecting the body’s messages through the development of a nonjudgmental state of awareness. It invites a gentle and compassionate relationship with one’s self and the world. And then teaches you to take compassion for self and others off the mat and into your daily life. Through your practice, you will discover a new level of physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual consciousness, all the while building strength, flexibility and improved range of motion.
