Training is provided in our Derwood office, your home, indoors or outdoors — location is flexible!
Our Personal Trainer, Emily Matusek, will come to your home and help you create a workout — a fitness plan — that will fit into your life with the equipment you already have. No fitness equipment? We’ll work with you! Develop a routine that fits into your life instead of fitting your life into a workout routine. Training is also available in our Derwood location — or any outdoor location — if you prefer to get out of the house for a workout.
